Hello Again!

Hello guys! What do you all think of our website? Please comment, okay? I would like to know your opinion(s). Thanks!

Pastry! Yum...

Have you ever wondered where pastry originated from? You've guessed it right. Pastry originated from France and i would say that pastry is the best ever food to be discovered. Although pastry has a high fat content, it has a flaky and crumbly texture which i absolutely love! French pastries can seem daunting and complicated, but there are only a few basic recipes that you need to make some classic French pâtisserie. The French do have a way with butter and flour, cream, chocolate... After all, they didn't spend centuries perfecting the art of French pastry for  nothing. Check out some of the amazing pictures of French pastry below!

These look so beautiful and delicious. Don't you agree?
These don't look like pastry do they? If they were real, they would! Yum! ^.^
And here's an image of the French pastry from Pet Society on Facebook!
Alright, i think that's enough for one day. Looking at the pictures really makes me want to reach out to grab and eat them! (=D) I would also recommend you guys to watch this film called 'Julie&Julia'. It is a film about cooking and i love it so much. Give it a try and see if you like it or not! I guess i loved it because of my love for food! ^.^

Twitter!

Hi guys! Remember that i mentioned that we would create a Twitter account? Go on and check it out! If you want to read our blog and is inconvenient to do so, follow us on Twitter! We will constantly update it with news and stuff like that. Anyway, have any of you ever wondered when the new and highly anticipated iPhone 5 would be released? iPhone 4 is so amazing, but sadly, i don't have it. The exact number of people affected by the “death grip” – the loss of a signal whenever the iPhone 4 is held in the left hand – remains a mystery; there is certainly a significant number of understandably vocal iPhone 4 users who are suffering from dropped calls or poor reception. It is hoped that the signal problem would be solved when Apple releases iPhone 5.
iPhone is about the most powerful smartphone on Earth as compared to other smartphones like Samsung Galaxy, HTC Hero, so on and so forth. It is the apps that make the iPhone such a powerful phone. Apple's App Store hosts a range of terrific, powerful apps that consumers are willing to shell out millions of dollars to acquire. So is anyone interested in finding out the top 10 apps for Apple's iPhone? We've handpicked 10 of our favorite apps that add value to your phone. Whether it's an original game, an e-book reader, a photo editor, or a shopping assistant, at least a few of these apps will appeal to just about every iPhone owner.
Top 10 iPhone apps
1. Apple iBooks
Apple's iBooks isn't just an e-book reader; it's also an excellent PDF reader. The app uses an attractive bookshelf metaphor to arrange your virtual books and PDFs, and Apple makes quite a few older books available for free through its online store. As with many Apple apps, iBooks becomes more useful if you have more Apple devices; you can sync your bookmarks and notations with your iPhones, iPod Touch, and iPad.
2. Bing
On the desktop I prefer Google, but on the iPhone Bing would be better. Why? Because Bing offers more than just simple search. This app provides a scrolling photo search, voice search, and local shopping searches; it even has a bar code scanner to look up prices on goods in stores. The Social tool lets you connect to Facebook and Twitter and search your results from friends. Search engines might be a matter of preference but Bing actually makes search look fun.
3. Dropbox
Dropbox lets you access your personal files on any gadgets or computers. Dropbox gives you 2GB of file storage that can be accessed from any computer. On iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad, the app allows you to view documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and some videos and photos that you've put into your personal file space. Occasionally, we've seen some instances where it simply won't work, but it's useful enough that we're willing to overlook a few glitches.
4. eBay
After logging in it allows you to search, bid and check auction activity from anywhere you have a 3G or Edge Internet connection. A nice summary screen gives you a count of auctions you're watching, winning and ones that you've won and been outbid on. I can't wait to see where this application goes and I think people would like to see real-time auction status so that they can watch auctions count down in real time - without having to reload.
5. Bloomberg
Bloomberg's iPhone application isn't what I had expected it to be. Bloomberg is a news gatherer that focuses on financial news, but it also tracks stocks with a beautiful interface. Bloomberg is what Apple's stocks application should have been. Once you've looked up a company you can add it to your portfolio and keep track of the stock price with a beautiful stock chart and links to news headlines related to a particular stock. In addition, Bloomberg offers company descriptions, market leaders/laggars, intraday and historical price charts and tons of analysis. Really nice and well worth the download.

6. Facebook
Who in this world does not have a Facebook account? Almost everybody has it. So, the app for the most loved social networking site should be loved the most. Once this was just an ugly duckling, but that’s history and what we have now is version 3 – a social-network-aware swan. The revised grid-based ‘home screens’ provide speedy access to regularly visited sections (news feed, notifications, and so on) and pages, and the experience is such that it, in many ways, beats the browser version.

7. Twitterrific

This is a fact that almost everyone uses twitter these days and why not as it is the best place to put up views and thoughts to share with all your pals. This free app makes life easy for you to chase your followers. Twitterrific is a fun application that lets you both read and publish posts or "tweets" to the Twitter community website. The application's user interface is clean, concise and designed to take up a minimum of real estate on your Mac's desktop.
8. Google Earth
Google Earth lets people virtually fly around a 3D view of the world made from satellite and aerial imagery mapped onto the planet's mountains and valleys. Keeping it easily, now you walk with the entire world in your pocket. This is a powerful and free app that allows you to look at amazing imagery by the satellite just on the palm of your hand. This applet is very useful for those who have interest in geography and satellites.

9. Photoshop
The iPhone version of Adobe's popular Photoshop image editor obviously isn't as sophisticated as the desktop version but it includes several useful options for tweaking your snaps while out and about. Cropping photos, applying effects or adjusting their contrast, exposure and saturation is surprisingly easy using the minimalist interface.
10. Apple Remote
Remote was Apple’s first iPhone app and it allows you to use your iPhone or iPod touch as a remote control. The latest version allows you to use gestures when you’re controlling an Apple TV box, but if you’re using it to control iTunes on your PC or Mac, you’ll have to prod and poke your way around the interface. The good thing is that the interface is very intuitive like almost every Apple product, so this isn’t a massive issue.
So there you have it the top 10 iPhone apps that we have handpicked to be the best. Although other websites information may differ, we are quite sure that these apps will definitely add value to your iPhone and make it 'shine"!
